Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the New York tri-state area and ship nationwide (dry goods + frozen items). Just enter your zip code at checkout to see what’s available to you.

How long does delivery take?

Local (NYC area): usually 1–3 business days
Nationwide: 3–7 business days
You’ll get tracking the moment it ships.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. We keep it as affordable as we can.

Do frozen and perishable items arrive properly frozen/cold?

Yes! Everything is packed with dry ice or gel packs in insulated boxes. If anything thaws or arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund immediately.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, for non-frozen items.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?


All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (local areas only).

Is my payment information safe?

100%. We use encrypted processors (Stripe/PayPal) – your card details never touch our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes – contact us as soon as possible (the sooner the better) and we’ll sort it out.

Are your products authentic Caribbean brands?

Yes, straight from the source – Grace, Chief, Matouk’s, Bedessee, and all the real ones.

I don’t see the item I want. Can you get it?

Very often yes! Message us the name or brand and we’ll check for you.

Do you sell frozen items (doubles, roti, fish, etc.)?

Yes, we ship them frozen nationwide with dry ice so they reach just as you’d get them fresh.

Returns & Issues

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo – we’ll reship or refund right away, no need to send anything back.

Can I return something I just didn’t like?

Reach out. We’re small and we want you happy, so we’ll figure something out.
